The house on the hill.
With an attractive location with panoramic views across the city, the main street, the other hills, the Old Town, Dzhumayata, Maritza.
House is designed in the style of German 30s by one of the greatest architects of the last century- Svetoslav Grozev. The most interesting and visible part of his work are family houses of rich Plovdiv citizens from this period. The building is characterized by its clean shapes, geometry, the flat roof and clean lines, no red tiles and sloping eaves. In Plovdiv there are several such buildings, but none of them in such a place.
