The aim of the project is the reconstruction of the swimming complex in the Park of youth in Ruse and its transformation into a modern center for professional and mass sports and recreation.
The idea is the reconstructed complex to be able to offer swimming and beach, health and rehabilitation services, as well as many different sports and recreational activities for all visitors.
