Market „Chataldza“ is the second largest municipal market in Varna. It will be fully reconstructed, the existing commercial area will be replaced with a modern retail space on two floors plus an underground parking, and a spacious café on the uncovered roof level of the building.
Both the functionality and the overall appearance of the market will be significantly improved, so that it will be most comfortable and attractive place for clients to shop, and have a positive aesthetic impact on the living environment in the neighbourhood.
