The building, that Military club is in, was constructed back in 1890 to serve as a cultural center, a library and a meeting place of military officers in Ruse garrison. The project aims to increase the attractiveness of the building keeping its functionality, i.e. hotel, public library, social and cultural center.
Summer open-air theater is a property situated in close proximity. By construction of a roof over the current stage the theater will improve its aesthetic quality and shall be able to host wide list of music, opera and art performances. Through its physical renewal the theater will become a main venue for the city’s summer cultural life and an attractive tourist destination which offers the locals great opportunities for a social interaction.
Reason for cancelling negotiations: a lack of interest by the owner
