Thermal Engineering is a company, specialized in supply and assembly of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, solar and gas installations as well as services for “Energy efficiency” projects.
The company intends to implement a project for construction of own showroom, workshop, service and storage area in the industrial zone of Bourgas. Estimated total cost of the project is approx. BGN 2 000 000.
Upon completion the project will satisfy the need for production and trade premises of the company as well as will improve surrounding urban environment.
The project was not able to be realized through financing by the “Regional Urban Development Fund” JSC due to breach of trust between the Company and the Fund.
