The project is for construction of a residential and public complex.
Central Plovdiv (this is the name of the project) will consist of six buildings and a SPA center located in the middle of the complex. It includes shops, fast food restaurants, a rehabilitation center with a swimming pool, underground parking with 200 parking spaces and other service sectors to be located on the ground floor of the complex.
It will be built on land where currently are tobacco warehouses „BULGARTABAK“. Many of the warehouses are historical monuments; there are certain requirements for the design of buildings to preserve the character and spirit of the area.
