„Gallery Varna“ is the first project of GTC (Global trade Company) in Bulgaria. The building will be three underground and three floors with total area 100,000 square meters. There is also supposed to happen a construction of a multiplex cinema with several halls; gym and spa.
1300 parking spaces will be provided for the visitors. The project should be completed by the end of 2010. Total investment is 77 million euro.
The project essentially represents building a cultural and tourist entertainment center – a reproduction of some important historical and cultural Bulgarian themes combined with a shopping and entertainment area, including various elements of Bulgarian folklore and traditions goods.
Reason not to continue the project: uncertain economic potential
