The aim of the project is to build the first private integrated student center in the city.
The basic idea of the student dormitory „Papaya“ is to provide affordable housing and socially responsible services within the campus.
Customers should have access to a swimming pool, sports halls and participate in inter-university tournaments, restaurants, offices and shops.
The building is owned by the „Academia Invest“ JSC.
No agreement was reached to fund the project because the investor does not offer convincing business plan to support the relatively high construction budget and the concepts of functionality of the project.
