Plovdiv is the second biggest city after Sofia and is often called the cultural capital of Bulgaria. In the city are situated some of the biggest and most prestigious Universities in Bulgaria. Permanently increasing number of the students raises many problems, as the most serious of all is the insufficient accommodation places for the students. In response of that, this project is focused on developing a modern and comfortable dormitory which has to compensate the lack of sufficient students accommodation facilities in the city.
