Magazia 1 is one of the oldest buildings on the area of port Bourgas. Over the years it was used as a warehouse for grain, fodder, etc.
The project envisages the existing building of Magazia 1 to be converted in maritime center with exhibition, entertainment and educational functions, as well as to have functions of marine station.
Architecturally requirements include keeping the characteristic silhouette, renovation and exposition of the preserved parts of the building’s unique steel structure. The image that must be achieved has to be modern and in compliance with the port character of the surrounding area.
The estimated cost of the project is amounting to BGN 4.2 million.
